“The first principle is that you must not fool yourself and you are the easiest person to fool.” – Richard Feynman
I have been designing a report for over a year now, and am hoping to receive feedback on the perceived value from readers.
I listen to and/or read over 100 earnings calls each quarter across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on the technology sector. I identify and summarize extracts from earnings calls that I find important or interesting. On occasion, I may leave a comment or two.
AI generates products that can summarize earnings calls as well, but AI does not, in my opinion, do an adequate job. These AI summaries fixate on emphasized promotional management commentary and dismiss market realities, subtly alluded to, during the calls. Management teams spend considerable time weaving a compelling narrative to convey during earnings calls. Reading between the lines has never been more important.
Please let me know if you find this report, which is attached below, useful. If you would like to leave feedback, feel free to email me using the contact page or simply answer the poll below.
Thank you in advance.
